Description
Achu or yellow sauce is a traditional dish from North West Cameroon. It is a very popular dish that has made its way and notoriety in Cameroonian cuisine without distinction of region. It is accompanied by taro, and according to tradition, the Achu is eaten with two fingers and most often accompanied by a very good red wine.

Beyond its culinary particularity, the Achu also has many virtues. It also strengthens the immune system, because it triggers an increase in antibodies. Traditionalists claim that it maintains eyesight and prevents hair loss.
