The Power of Beeswax Lowers Both Pain & Cholesterol

Serves: About 18 ounces
1/4 cup beeswax pastilles (the pastilles are easier to melt than blocks)
1/4 cup sweet almond oil or jojoba oil
1/8 cup extra light organic olive oil
⅛ cup coconut oil
1/4 cup shea butter
Optional 10 drops Frankincense essential oil
Jar with lid
Start with a clean Mason type jar. Place the jar in a pan of water over the stove or you can use a double boiler.
Add the shea butter to the jar. Then add the almond oil or jojoba oil, olive oil and beeswax to the jar. Now that the ingredients are in the jar, turn on the stove, and stir as the ingredients melt.
Once they are well blended and soft, remove from the heat and let it cool. Do not allow it to get too hot. You just want it to get soft enough so that you can easily blend all ingredients.
As it begins to cool, you can place the jar in the refrigerator to help with the cooling process, but make sure that the jar is not too hot or it can crack.
Once cooled, stir again to ensure that the ingredients are well blended. check it a few more times until the mixture is close to solid, then place the lid on the jar and tighten. You now have your very own homemade Beeswax, Coconut and Shea Body Butter!
